TimeClock Plus™ is a very powerful time tracking software package which takes the next logical step in automating the process of doing payroll by allowing management to transfer hours directly to the most popular payroll packages and services available on the market today. We know the significance of time saved during the payroll process, and to that end we’ve created a specialized PIM group (Payroll Interface Modules) dedicated to the development, testing, deployment and support of interface paths between TimeClock Plus and 3rd party applications for payroll, HR, ERP and others.
At the end of each pay period, depending on the payroll software to which the data will be transferred, using one of our interface modules, TimeClock Plus will either create a file which your payroll software will import, or physically place the files directly into the fields in your payroll software. Data may also be exported to many spreadsheet and database programs.
TimeClock Plus Time and Attendance Software is available in three primary formats: Small Business Edition, Professional Edition and Enterprise Edition.
Small Business Edition
For smaller, growing companies up to around 50 employees who need robust time tracking. Available in Single and Multi-User versions. Employee payroll data transfers to most popular payroll packages using one of our Payroll Interface Modules.
Professional Edition
Powerful employee time tracking for small to mid-size business ranging from 50 to 1000 employees. SQL based, highly flexible employee time tracking supports browser based time keeping, employee scheduling, mobile (PDA) interface and more. Employee payroll data transfers to most popular payroll packages using one of our Payroll Modules.
Enterprise Edition
Scalable, enterprise class employee labor management for any environment. Designed for MSSQL Server® 2000 and above, highly flexible employee time tracking. Supports complex hour calculations, browser based time keeping, employee scheduling, job or floor production costing, mobile (PDA) interface and more. Employee payroll data transfers to most popular payroll packages using one of our Payroll Modules.
