Functionality

StarGarden is a completely integrated solution with Product Functionality in all the areas which touch on the work-lives of your employees and contractors.

The system is broadly organized into several major areas of specialization, but in practice, access to the 1400 available functions (screens) can be distributed in any way you wish.  Access just the essential ones that you need to do the job you need or use them all. StarGarden’s integration at the database level means that data is only captured once and used as many times and in as many places as security considerations allow.

Organization Management

StarGarden is an organization-centric system, not an employee-centric system.  This is StarGarden’s key differentiator that must be understood in any product evaluation.  Certainly, we support your people as being critical assets and they need to be carefully selected and maintained but it is their contribution or role in the Organization that is most important.  Your people, your plan, your budgets, your projects, and so on, must all work together to ensure your organization’s objectives are met. StarGarden manages and maintains the structure of your organization.  Positions, jobs, assignments - whatever you call them - are key elements which are defined and managed independently of any other organization structure in order to provide the Human Resources department with the flexibility to assign the same position to any number of different locations, departments, divisions, and/or cost centers.
